Data Processing Addendum

For customers who require one — including schools and youth programs subject to FERPA and COPPA — Loopden will offer a Data Processing Addendum describing how Newland Creatives processes personal data as a processor on the customer's behalf.

Roles

The customer is the data controller for the recipient information used to send notifications. Loopden acts as a processor, handling that data only to provide the service and according to the customer's instructions.
