FAQ

Questions, answered.

The short version of how Loopden works, what it connects to, and how it's priced.

What is Loopden?
Loopden is a notification platform that integrates with the software you already run and routes important events to the right people over push, SMS, and email. It's the notification layer on top of your existing tools, not a replacement for them.
How does Loopden integrate with my existing tools?
Loopden connects to your software — such as Jackrabbit, Stripe, Slack, Google Calendar, or Twilio — reads its events, and turns them into notifications. Your tools stay the system of record while Loopden handles delivery.
Which notification channels does Loopden support?
Push, SMS, and email. A single event can fan out across all three, with per-recipient rules and channel fallback so each person is reached where they actually look.
Do I have to replace my current software to use Loopden?
No. Loopden is designed to sit alongside your existing stack. There's no migration — it reads events from the tools you already use and adds reliable, multi-channel notifications.
Can notifications be sent under my own brand?
Yes. Loopden delivers messages white-labeled under your organization's name, so your audience experiences them as coming directly from you.
How much does Loopden cost?
Loopden has three tiers: Solo at $99/month (up to 100 users), Growth at $249/month (up to 500 users), and Enterprise with custom pricing. Solo and Growth include a one-time $999 setup fee.
Is Loopden suitable for schools with student-data requirements?
Yes. Loopden's data handling is built with FERPA and COPPA in mind, making it appropriate for schools and districts that need to protect student information while still reaching families quickly.
Who builds Loopden?
Loopden is built by Erik Newland and Newland Creatives, an engineering studio based in Palm Desert, California.
